The IQ is the only reformer available that shortens for storage and still provides a smooth carriage ride with no seams on the track! And like our other reformers, its professional features include springs tested for consistent, progressive resistance and ropes that adjust quickly with nautical cam cleats.

Choose “Wheelbarrow” transport wheels for easy moving to store under a bed, or “Library” transport wheels for easy moving to store upright in a closet. An outstanding value for home use! Black upholstery with blue trim.

Frame

•Unique, seamless tracks and an 8-wheel system as on our Studio Reformer® create a smooth and silent, professional-quality ride.

•Locking pin safely secures shoulder rests during exercise.

•Headrest adjusts to 3 different positions for comfort and cervical support.

IQ Reformer Accessories Available Separately

Padded Foot Plate

Padded Foot Plates (also known as jumpboards) add great versatility to your Reformer. In addition to allowing jumping and other cardio exercises, a Padded Foot Plate also re-creates a biomechanically accurate standing position while on the Reformer.

Sitting Box

Used with your Reformer, a Sitting Box opens up a whole new realm of Reformer versatility, including prone exercises, abdominal strength exercises, side stretching and more. Sitting Boxes also offer a more comfortable option for many seated exercises. Boxes sold are upholstered in black.
