The HF Weighted Vest fits most sizes and holds a maximum of 20lbs of weight. The vest comes standard with 12lbs of weight with additional weights sold separately. Weights are adjustable in 1lb increments making it perfect to cater to a wide range of needs.

Power Block Flex Series U90 comes with 90lbs of weight adjustable in 2.5 & 5lb increments which makes it easily micro adjustable to suit all ranges of fitness. - Stand Not Included.

The travel bench has a detent pin that -- when removed from each leg -- allows the legs to be folded for storage or travel purposes. The bench also has a built-in handle which allows the bench to be easily carried. It is constructed of the same 14 Ga. 2" x 3" steel tubing as the SportBench. The Travel Bench is 40"L x 9.5"W x 15" H (in upright flat position). Folded the Travel Bench has a height of 8".
