The HF Weighted Vest fits most sizes and holds a maximum of 20lbs of weight. The vest comes standard with 12lbs of weight with additional weights sold separately. Weights are adjustable in 1lb increments making it perfect to cater to a wide range of needs.

Power Block Sports Series 9.0 comes with 90lbs of weight adjustable in 2.5 & 5lb increments which makes it easily micro adjustable to suit all ranges of fitness.

The KettleBlock™ 20 replaces 5 Urethane kettlebells in 1/5th the space replacing 61 lbs of kettlebells at a fraction of the cost. The KettleBlock™ 20 gives you these kettlebell increments: 5, 8, 12, 16 and 20.

The KettleBlock™ 40 replaces 8 Urethane kettlebells in 1/8th the space replacing 186 lbs of kettlebells at a fraction of the cost. This bench is made of 2" x 3" 14 Ga. tubing and has tapered upholstered cushions. There are separate seat and back pads. The seat pad can be adjusted down (shown at left) when in the incline positions so you will not slip forward

while inclined. The bench has no

It can hold weights up to 130 lbs in each hand. It has a foot print of 18" x 22" and a height of 28". 24 lbs. Also available in white. Made in USA.
