The i.Tonic is fully certified. The most important issue is that certified vibrations machines, in combination with the correct training method, give balance to the body and the mind. Many of the problems that cause this loss of balance can be combated quickly and effectively by vibration training. On the other hand, an optimal balance of the body and the mind can also be gained as a means of prevention.

What is important with this form of training is the amplitude (mm) and frequency (Hz) which, together, produce the acceleration (G force).
A very small acceleration will hardly have any effect and a very high acceleration can even have harmful consequences for the body.

A vibration machine must, therefore, give the exact acceleration to be effective, but not harmful. The FreeMotion i.Tonic indicates exactly when the machine is being used for training and when it is being used for a massage (M setting on the machine).
