How do I order more than one product? Can I order in bulk?

If you are interested in buying some of our small products in bulk, we do discounts for some of our items in groups of ten. If you would like more information on bulk pricing and discounts, please contact us and a sales representative will be able to assist you and complete your order.

How will my items arrive and what does the shipping cost include?

For most of our items we find it more secure to use small goods couriers like Fast Way and Toll. For some of the small goods we do use Registered Australia Post. With our couriers, when your items are shipped you will be sent the tracking details for your shipment making it easy to see where your shipment is all the way from us to you. If you are purchasing an item that is delivered by registered post, you will be sent the registered post number when your item is dispatched.

Delivery Times

After your payment and order have been processed, your items will be shipped the next business day. If you require urgent or express shipping, please contact us before placing your order as express services will incur a higher freight charge. From there you will be given your shipping details and you will be able to follow your items progress. Depending on the area in which you live, you should have your order within 2-5 working days.

Can I pick my items up and save on the shipping cost?

At the moment we only have one warehouse available for pick up located in Southern Sydney. If you would like to place an order with a “pick up” condition please contact us and place your order directly so we are able to organize your request.
